It is hard to believe the summer is coming to an end. I will be back to work August 17th but I can take my sweet blue eyed baby boy with me:) This will be a huge help/ incentive to go to work each morning. Barrett turned 11 months on August 1st. Hmmm, this means he has one month left before the big ONE. I don't know how I feel about this. Time goes by too quickly.

As you may have heard or seen, Barrett broke his leg. I must say though, he does sport the cast quite nicely:) He was playing on his leap frog learning table and proceeded to sit down with his left leg underneath him which somehow broke his leg. I saw it all happen. I have decided I could not have done anything to stop the fall, although as a mom, you do feel the guilt. As of his first night with the cast...it was a major fail! It was up every 30 min. screaming because he could not get comfortable. You would never guess by his personality that he broke something, however you can tell he is having major frustration issues.

This will soon pass and our little Bear will be back to getting into everything. We hope to see everyone at Barrett's first birthday party on the 29th of August. Blessings to all of you!
